Obituary

Morris Joe Weiner, 94, beloved husband and best friend of Thelma, nee Rosenberg, for 68 wonderful years; loving father of Marsha (Robert) Weinstein, Wendy (Michael) Baygood and David (Susie) Weiner; cherished Papa of Beth (James) Wigoda, Jennifer Baygood, Jeffrey (Sharon) Baygood and Matthew (Becca), Jacob and Rebeca Weiner; adored great Papa of Elliana and Ethan Baygood and Mason Weiner; devoted son of the late Rose and Jacob Weiner; dear brother of Sidney (Shyrlene) Weiner and Esther (the late Bob) Davis; treasured uncle, cousin and friend of many. Morris was a proud Army veteran of WWII, where he was honored with the Purple Heart, Bronze Star and received a letter of Accommodation from the President. Graveside service Tuesday 1 PM at Shalom Memorial Park, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Honor Flight Chicago or the Northbrook Senior Center.
